Our client was acquired last week.

What a year for OSL Technology.

Being in the counter-drone industry in 2025 is probably even more insane than selling video conferencing during COVID.

Demand everywhere. The urgency is real. Everyone suddenly needs a solution yesterday.

But capturing that demand wasn’t simple. Not when you’re a small vendor competing with defense giants.

So OSL leaned on one of the most effective GTM weapons out there:
They reframed the discussion.

Think about Tesla.
When they entered the EV market, the whole conversation was about battery life. Tesla didn’t fight that battle. They made battery life table stakes and put design, speed, and the luxury experience in the center instead.

OSL did the same thing.
The counter-drone market is obsessed with sensors - who has the best radar, optics, RF, etc.
OSL flipped it. Sensors are table stakes. The real story is data fusion, multi-layer protection, and AI accuracy. 

That shift is how they won tenders in some of the most sensitive airports and critical sites in the world.
