It's now been a few weeks since losing our baby

Everytime my family has needed prayers and support this community shows up in a big way

I don't think I can get to everyone, but wanted to shoutout some folks specifically

Lindsey Ivie and Tiffany Vail sent a huge gushy Minky Couture blanket, we often cuddled up and cried together wrapped in it the last few weeks

Joe Grover from Amplēo, Derek Miner from Build then Bless, and Ashley Muzzillo each sent a box from Spoonful of Comfort which true to its name is such a comforting gift.

Sterling Snow and Taggart Krueger from Redo both sent ungodly amounts worth of Doordash gift cards, which came in clutch during the hospital stay especially

Pete Larkin and his family dropped off cookies and crafts for our girls to do while my wife recovered. It was like having a babysitter, what a god send.

Gavin Tanner left basically a lifetime supply of Nielsen's Frozen custard on my porch. Tanner Milne and Dustin Kyle Kenyon sent me an incredibly generous venmo... I could go on!

Then there's the outpouring of texts, calls, and flowers. There's not enough room to mention you all! The vulnerability of so many of you sharing your experiences with loss, made us feel less alone. 

And it's not lost on me the energy and faith it takes from those that offered prayers I'll never hear, but surely felt during one of the lowest points in my life.

Goodbye Hona!

When I stepped into this role, marketing was generating $0 in marketing-sourced revenue.

Today, marketing is responsible for over 80% of net-new ARR, consistently driving hundreds of thousands of dollars per month in attributable closed-won revenue.

I made lifelong friends, and learned so many valuable lessons.  I got to test a DTC content engine, coupled with sniper like audience building to generate millions from Meta ads when I was told "Meta ads won't work with Lawyers"

I'm shamelessly bragging because this is LinkedIn, and that's what you do no? And I’d need 100 posts to cover the mistakes. But obviously these wins were a team effort. 

Gavin Tanner and the whole Fractional Demand team were INTEGRAL to these wins.  I'll never forget when finance asked us "Anyway you can slow down the leads from Marketing while we figure out the sale side"
