Alto Pharmacy is a telehealth pharmacy focused on helping people live healthier by making the prescription experience easier.

After a lengthy tenure with AstraZeneca, I was recruited by Alto and could not turn down the opportunity to join a company that was disrupting the pharmacy experience of thousands of patients. 

While at Alto, I assumed a multi-functional role, including cold calling, strategic relationship building, staff technical training, patient communication, and compliance reporting. I served as key point of contact for commercial objectives, with responsibility for business development and account management to manage sales cycle and generate revenue. Creative problem solving and patient advocacy were daily tasks, and I thrived in these areas.  I regularly liaised with primary care providers, including physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners and was trusted to resolve market access issues with confidence, and contribute to territory top-line market share, revenue, gross profit, and margins. I collaborated with cross-functional internal partners in order to solve problems for patients.

I joined what is now Syneos Health (formerly inVentiv Health) as a brand new pharmaceutical representative with zero sales experience. Having an education background, though, I reasoned that I actually *was* in sales every single day, and I was able to sell my hiring manager on why she should give me chance. (Thank you to Shirley Leonard!) Over the course of those five years, I worked on various contracts as they became available. I gained a wealth of experience with and exposure to many therapeutic areas and specialities. I promoted antibiotics, anxiolytics, an erecticle dysfunction medication, cardiovascular meds, dermatology medication, and respiratory medications.
