I spent the first near-decade of my career in corporate America, working with various stakeholders - I partnered with marketers in a sales and consulting capacity to help them achieve their marketing goals, and I partnered with students and job seekers to help them maximize their LinkedIn presence and find vocational fulfillment. I felt most alive when I knew I was helping these individuals transform not only their business and careers, but themselves as human beings. 

During the seismic shift that was the pandemic, I spent time reflecting on what is most important to me. I have always gravitated towards helping people become their best possible selves, which led me to embark on a career pivot into the psychology field. More specifically, my background at LinkedIn paired with my own experience of navigating a non-linear career journey quickly and naturally translated into helping clients who are experiencing vocational challenges. I feel passionate about combining these skills to provide psychologically informed career counseling to clients who are having trouble finding fulfillment or purpose in their work. I am a big believer that we spend too much time at work to just be collecting a paycheck. Thus, I act as a collaborator and a goal-oriented accountability partner to help guide you towards your truest self, in the workplace and beyond. 

I believe that each client is the expert of their story and the author of their narrative, and I am here to help my clients evaluate that narrative and identify pieces of it that are automatic, outdated, and that no longer serve them. Using evidence-based modalities to inform my integrative and client-centered approach, I am committed to helping each individual thrive.
