I’m Lara, a qualified high-performance coach, behaviour change practitioner, and wellbeing strategist with over a decade of experience helping people and organisations build lives and cultures they’re genuinely proud of.

👩🏻‍💻Currently supporting an incredible global wellbeing company (Isagenix), I blend my field and affiliate experience with my coaching expertise to bridge corporate strategy and field growth through high-impact coaching, marketing, and communication programs that inspire and empower thousands of independent business owners worldwide.

Trained in public speaking, I’ve shared insights live with audiences in their thousands, engaging, inspiring, and yes, even entertaining (if I do say so myself). 

I’ve led leadership and wellbeing programs, delivered training to 400+ participants, and coached high performers 1:1 to unlock clarity, confidence, and purposeful action. 

My approach is grounded, trauma-informed, and no-nonsense, blending evidence-based psychology with real-world practicality (with a dash of humour)

I’m also deepening my work to support people with “break throughs” through a Level 7 Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy (completing 2027), bringing a more relational lens to how people lead, connect, and create change.

New year, same team…just different lanes.

Mark Bryce and I used to build one business together. But for the last few years, we’ve taken our own paths and work different projects, different focuses and honestly, it’s been one of the best things we’ve done.

We still work from home together. We still collaborate. I still rope him into testing ideas (yes, even in my contract within the Isagenix world 😄). 

And if he needs my expertise for the businesses he supports, I help with the delivery of coaching, speaking, workshops or as an extra pair of hands for bigger projects I’m always there. 

We’re very much a team… just not doing the same gig.

One thing we are completely aligned on though is growth and learning. Basically becoming better humans.

I’ve kept studying since 2022 in coaching, counselling, now moving further into psychotherapy because I know the deeper I understand people, the more impact I can make.

Mark’s diving into AI this year, stacking new qualifications, and I couldn’t be prouder of him.

Different lanes. Same values.

And interestingly… both of our worlds are circling the same truth right now: community, wellbeing, and human connection matter more than ever.

Since mid-December, life has felt like a constant state of high alert.

My dad had open-heart surgery on 15th December for a replacement valve and he spent nearly a month in hospital over Christmas and New Year.

We’ve had emergency trips to A&E, Resus and too many appointments to count.

Days before his surgery, my mum was admitted too, her heart stuck at 140 BPM from an over-prescribed medication.

And then yesterday…

Mark had to do a panic drive to his mum’s house because she isn’t in the best of health either.

Here’s the part people don’t talk about enough…

High stress doesn’t always look like falling apart.

Sometimes it looks like functioning.
Showing up.

Keeping life moving while your nervous system is quietly stuck in survival mode.

When your parents get ill and you’re still raising kids, still working, still trying to be everything to everyone… the mental load is relentless.

It changes your capacity.
Your energy.
Your priorities.

I’ve said no to most social plans.
Pulled back from things I’d normally say yes to.

Not because I don’t care, but because  understand the season I’m in.

This isn’t a “push through it” chapter.

It’s a “protect your nervous system and your people” chapter.

So if life feels quieter, slower, narrower than it used to…

If your world has shrunk because your responsibilities have grown maybe this resonates with you. 

You’re not failing.
You’re adapting.
And that is strength too.

My prediction for the next 5-10 years…

AI will change how we work. Community will decide who actually wins. 🏆 

In a world of automation, human connection is the real advantage.
