Last week, I had the honor of accepting the AI Game Changer of the Year Award on behalf of the incredible GTM team at Simpro Software at the 6sense Breakthrough 2025 conference in Las Vegas.

This recognition reflects how far our marketing organization has come in pivoting to an AI-first approach — one grounded in experimentation, agility, and a commitment to measurable impact. Over the past year, our team has reimagined what modern marketing looks like when powered by intelligent automation and great people working together.

Under the vision of our CMO, Rachel Truair, Simpro marketing’s AI pathway was forged — blending technology, creativity, and data to unlock scale. Jennifer Nelson and Megan Parks led the charge with our AI Email Agent  programs, redefining lead engagement through human-style automation. Curtis Gallagher, Sam Gansline, and Daniella Benton made those programs an integral part of our Business Development engine, proving that AI can amplify human performance.
