  - Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and goals to stakeholders and team members.

Scrum Master Duties:

  - Coach team members on Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  - Track and communicate team progress, velocity, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
