For most of my life I thought rest was a luxury. I was not allowed to rest as a child. I was in abusive relationships where I had to keep both eyes open. I was a single parent who dare not rest. 
My body did not agree. When we don't rest we deplete our health bank.
I know for sure illnesses and pain will show up to force you to stop and rest. 💔
