• Led prospecting campaigns for the "Sustainable Palais" patronage program ("Art & Ecology" and "Art & Society" Circles): identified and reached out to potential donors; developed detailed grant and funding proposals and appeals.
• Managed relationships with existing patrons and partners: maintained donor loyalty; coordinated implementation of event and visibility compensation; conducted administrative and legal follow-up.

• Led project management for MAISON&OBJET, SITEM and SNA partnerships.
• Supported the Partnerships team in delivering large projects and activations: The Armory Show, FIAC and 1-54 London partnerships, API rollout, PR agency coordination.

Organisation-operator of major events and festivals, most for the Russian Ministry of Culture:
Theatre Olympics 2019: a 9-month theatre festival with > 480 events, 82 theatre collectives from 22 countries
•	Arranged > 4000 publications, including a large review in The New York Times.
•	Managed an assistant.
•	Coordinated > 100 journalists at the Opening ceremony, including 14 TV crews.
•	Launched live broadcasts of 15 theatre plays reaching 4 million views (in partnership with Yandex & Vkontakte).
•	Managed a 4 million RUB budget advertising campaign: 7 special projects in 4 media.
•	Coordinated photo and video teams resulting in 6500 photos, 20 videos and 1 film.

VII International Jazz Day: UNESCO annual event, hosted by Saint Petersburg in 2018
•	Made 28 press releases, 14 interviews, 25 TV news reports, 130 media publications. 

VI and VII Saint Petersburg International Cultural Forum: global annual cultural event with > 40 000 of international experts participating
•	Coordinated PR of 5 sections (Theatre, Music, Cinema, Ballet, Jazz) and festival program (> 30 concerts in 3 days).
•	Exceeded the KPIs for media coverage by > 100 %: 300 publications, 73 interviews.
•	Settled a partnership with Radio Monte Carlo, generating 1,6 million RUB savings.
•	Supervised 5 volunteers.
•	Organised 8 press conferences in 3 months and 21 press scrums in 3 days.
•	Organised online streams of 3 jazz showcases reaching 610 K views.
