Brought in as an independent consultant to support Tranquilla AI’s entry into the education sector as they pilot empathic AI tools across schools and child centres.

My contributions have included:
– Reviewing product strategy through an educator and implementation lens
– Shaping early user experiences, particularly around the “coach” model
– Advising on go-to-market approaches for school-based adoption
– Providing feedback on pitch materials and pilot rollout
– Supporting brand and messaging work
– Acting as a sounding board for the CEO and leadership team during development

This role draws on my experience across education, SaaS, and change enablement. Helping ensure the product is not just visionary, but truly usable in the hands of educators and students.

With 15+ years across education, EdTech, and legal services, I’ve led high-stakes initiatives where clarity, speed, and adoption matter. From digital transformation to renewal strategies, I bring a sleeves-rolled-up mindset and a human-first approach to structure and systems.

I’m especially useful in 0→1 environments where things move fast, ambiguity is the norm, and someone needs to make it all make sense. My sweet spot is the messy middle: between idea and implementation. I work directly with C-suite, cross-functional teams, and vendors to bring clarity, create alignment, and drive action.

Highlights:
• Co-led a global engagement program that contributed to a Best Business Team win (American Lawyer Awards, 2024)

I’ve been off LinkedIn the past couple of weeks, back in Australia for my sister’s wedding, a 20-year high school reunion, and a long run of catch-ups across Sydney and Melbourne.

Time well spent. Big hugs. Great coffee. All the good stuff.

Trips back to Aus always remind me what matters, and who my people are.

Now I’m sitting at EWR, waiting on my ride, jet lag already kicking in, but grateful. And ready to find my New York rhythm again.

Still can’t quite believe this is the third place I get to call home.

So, I got into Advertising Week... 

And while this isn't my industry, I've had wonderfully interesting conversations with some brilliant people like Melissa Arnott, @Miriam P, Karim Nasri (who had just brought his business over from London), and my friend Katrina Najm who I finally got to see in person after so many online chats.

I don’t work in advertising. I work in adoption and enablement. But I'm struck with how similar the worlds are. Both are about storytelling, persuasion, and helping people see what’s possible.

Between #AIWeekNY and #AWNewYork25, one thing keeps coming up: everyone’s figuring out how to adapt to AI... and the average human feels like they’re behind the ball.

If there’s one thing I’m taking from this week, it’s that you don’t need to be in an industry to learn from it. 

Curiosity will get you in the room. Conversations will keep you there.

𝗔𝗜 𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗮 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺. 𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗮 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺.

According to Frost & Sullivan, AI and generative AI are no longer 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘭. They’re now a 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆.
But the biggest hurdles aren’t technical.
They’re human: security, skills, infrastructure, confidence.

Most orgs still treat AI enablement as a “tool training” moment.
How to prompt ChatGPT.
How to automate XYZ task.

But at the Tech Ladies® ICON event, Lyndsay Sanborn, MHPA summed it up perfectly:
“𝘈𝘐 𝘪𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘢 𝘵𝘦𝘤𝘩 𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘭𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯. 𝘐𝘵’𝘴 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘣𝘦𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘪𝘰𝘳 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦.”

That’s the shift we’re in.
Real AI adoption doesn’t happen when people 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 how to use a tool.
It happens when they 𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘰𝘴𝘦 to use it, consistently and responsibly, in context.

For L&D and change teams, that means designing 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹-𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘆𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴:
💡 From ideation → deployment → monitoring → improvement.

As Frost & Sullivan notes, none of this sticks without strong governance and clear accountability for how AI is used. 
Not a one-off session, but a continuous practice that shapes how teams think, decide, and build with AI.

The Frost & Sullivan report, 𝘚𝘦𝘤𝘶𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘈𝘐 𝘛𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘴𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯: 𝘖𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘛𝘰𝘱 𝘊𝘩𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘴 𝘪𝘯 𝘈𝘥𝘰𝘱𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯, hits this squarely.
It shows that the organisations moving beyond experimentation are the ones building confidence across the full lifecycle, and that’s where real ROI shows up.
