I also have Mindful Leader and yoga teacher certification; I can help implement mindful wellness and resiliency programs in organizations. I also support individuals and teams with Emotional Intelligence leadership coaching and team training. My focus in what I do is with the lens of Compassionate and Transformational Leadership. I do believe that when individuals, whether leaders or employees, find success, fulfillment, and ultimately JOY in the workplace, the benefits spill out to all of society. As I consultant, I draw on the lessons of leadership I acquired in my career, as well as my training in various modalities such as Emotion and Behaviours in the Workplace (EBW) assessment and Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessments. Throughout my career, my goal has been to ensure I help the people I work with connect to purpose at work.
