I'm part of the team that helps our 10 million users efficiently filling forms with their personal and sensitive information. 

What I've been working on include: 
> Maintaining and developping features related to Dashlane autofill (Typescript)
> Day-to-day improvement of semantic engine that allows Dashlane to understand which information should be filled on webpages
> Helping designing and building systems that automatically improve our semantic engine based on user support tickets
> Designing and implementing an automatic classification system for Dashlane user support tickets using bag of words and naive bayes (Python, Scikit-learn)
> Helping building an automated password changer system using our semantic engine and chrome headless.
> Lead, designed and participated in the implementation of a prototype that automatically download bills and administrative documents from a user mail box
> Lead and designed the linguist team backoffice refactorization (Angular, Typescript). 
> Trained and mentored new linguists engineers, as well as external linguists used for localization of our semantic engine

We work with agile Methodology, using continuous integration, code review, and unit testing.

At Jolly Commerce, we've helped clients make up to $2M (yeah you read that right, for one single brand) during Black Friday periods. 

We've seen what works, and we've seen absolute tragedies.
Here's the brutal reality: If you test your offer DURING Black Friday, you're dead.

Black Friday will challenge your backend, your team, your systems. Everything. Don't add "untested offer" to that list.

Here are the 5 mistakes that kill Black Friday offers and will make you loose your mind (and profit) :

1. Pulling offers out of nowhere 
No data. No clear objective. Just gut feeling and hope.

Do you want to increase AOV? Subscriptions? Conversion rate? New customers vs returning?

Pick one. Then amplify existing behavior. 
Don't try to create new behavior out of the blue.
If your AOV is $80, make an offer around $120. Not $300. That doesn't work.

2. Pushing multiple offers at once 

One offer. That's it.
Multiple offers = confusion for customers, nightmare for your backend.

3. Hiding your offer on one page

Your customer navigates your site, gets distracted by a bundle or something else, and forgets about your offer.
Make your offer visible everywhere. Not just one landing page.

4. Zero flexibility
If you have colors, tastes, shapes, smells...give your customer choice.
The "cilantro effect": Some people will love it, others will hate it. 
No flexibility = lost conversions.

5. Never testing or iterating 

We developed a mix-and-match offer for cliet brand. Increased AOV by 12%. We could have called it a day.

Instead, we tested higher thresholds with adjusted discounts. 
Result? Another 7% AOV increase on top.

You want to sleep on 7% AOV just because you forgot to test?
It's still time to test offers. 

But test them NOW. Not during Black Friday.
Lock in what works before the chaos comes.

Offer testing are one of the biggest leverages for a brand.  
So of course we do it. 

But we do it branded and beautiful 💅.
