And yet, the fundamental challenges of healthcare delivery have remained largely unchanged. 

Systems still fail not because technology is absent, but because what exists fails to connect.

In most health systems, data sits in silos.

Clinicians spend hours reconciling records between platforms that do not communicate. 

The issue is not the absence of advanced tools but the absence of interoperability. 

Despite extraordinary technical progress, the day-to-day experience of care remains fragmented.
