I oversee the creation of product documentation and optimize product support procedures. I collaborate with the teams of the company's departments involved in hardware development(R&D), software development(DEV), testing(QA), and production.

I was in charge of growing the SaaS mapping platform. I delivered web mapping solutions for many industries based on our NMaps Engine mapping platform for B2B, B2C, and Enterprise clients (maps, dashboards, forms, SDK, Server, base maps). As a result of my vision and product strategy, we have created an innovative map platform on the market for creating maps and map applications, which are being used by dozens of companies and institutions. I worked closely with a cross-functional, empowered team (Front-end/Back-end/Design/Sales). I focused on improving software quality through market research, hypothesis verification, and ideas validation with users.

I planned the building of SaaS software according to Scrum with the product team. I was responsible for creating a product roadmap, managed backlog, and adjusting tasks to sprints. I formed concepts of applications based on the built map platform. I communicate with customers, collect and refine business requirements.  I dealt with the realization implementation projects, establishing business contacts, and market analysis.

I was one of the originators and co-owner of the start-up mapli.io application for visualizing spatial data on maps in a subscription model. I managed the building and development of the application from prototyping to market launch.

I was a member of the implementation team realizing the software implementation. I conducted consultations with clients at all stages of order execution. I performed analyses and modeling of business processes in GIS, crisis management, and document flow systems.

I worked with data and national registers in the areas of creation and modification, migration, analysis, modeling of database structures, and database feeding. I have participated in software development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation support in dozens of public administration units. I have provided substantive consultations and training.

A jeśli nie byliście… cóż, ominęło Was spotkanie, które idealnie łączy konkretną wiedzę z luźnym vibe’m śląskiej społeczności produktowej.

W ING Hubs Poland w Katowicach rozmawialiśmy o tym, jak future-proof naprawdę mogą być nasze produkty.
Było o:
🔸 świadomym zarządzaniu IP,
🔸 bezpieczeństwie vs monetyzacji,
🔸 licencjach w praktyce,
🔸 halucynacjach modeli LLM (i o tym, czemu czasem… pomagają PM-om),
🔸 oraz o tym, czy era generalistów właśnie staje się faktem.

Ogromne dzięki dla prelegentów:
▶️ Janusz Hryszkiewicz   za świetne rozbrojenie tematu IP i ryzyk rynkowych
▶️ Grzegorz Zieliński  za pokazanie, że LLM-y są tak dobre, jak systemy, które dla nich zbudujemy
oraz dla prowadzącego Michal Kaczmarski za trzymanie całej energii w ryzach.

Po merytoryce jak zawsze najlepsza część: rozmowy, wymiana doświadczeń, szybkie lesson learned przy kawie.

Kto twierdzi, że w produktach da się wiedzieć wszystko… ten chyba naprawdę nie był wczoraj na Między Projektami

Właśnie skończyliśmy drugą odsłonę cyklu „Zadbaj o produkt” i wow — zero „agile’ów z legend”, za to masa praktyki, narzędzi i twardych danych. Dokładnie tego, co realnie zmniejsza niepewność, zamiast pudrować ją „intuicją”.

Na scenie poleciały konkrety: 
 Przemek Misior – o tym, jak wyciągać produkt z chaosu na stabilną ścieżkę wzrostu i gdzie w analityce czają się błędy, które potrafią wykoleić cały proces.
 Tomasz Tomaszewski – o tym, jak AI potrafi skrócić discovery nawet x razy i jak weryfikować hipotezy narzędziami, które działają tu i teraz.

Ogromna wartość przyszła też od praktyków: 
Round Tables: Weronika Skiba, Aleksandra Lemańska, Katarzyna Chodorowska, Ola Wilczyńska
Mastermind Sessions: Michal Miler, Karol Kłaczyński , Antoni Dmowski 

Ja dorzuciłem swoją cegiełkę dzieląc się Aha moments budując w Lovable ProductMeetups.com i wskoczyłem w Round Tables u Tomasza Tomaszewskiego:  AI product discovery – jak sprawdzać hipotezy w praktyce?
Fajnie było odzlielić mity od realiów… i przyznam, że kilka rzeczy zaskoczyło mnie bardziej, niż się spodziewałem.

Atmosfera? Klasyka Między Projektami — merytoryka, otwarte głowy, trochę funu i ludzie, którzy naprawdę robią produkty „na serio”.
Wychodzę z glową pełną inspiracji, kilkoma nowymi narzędziami… i jeszcze większą listą hipotez do sprawdzenia.

Czy Polska będzie… potęgą wina? 🍷🇵🇱

Jeszcze kilka lat temu brzmiało to jak fantazja. Dziś? Coraz trudniej się z tego śmiać. Nowe analizy meteoblue pokazują, że zmiany klimatyczne poszerzają obszary w Polsce, gdzie winorośl może rosnąć. Huglin Index – taki termometr dla winnic – rośnie u nas w tempie, które jeszcze kilka dekad temu nikt by nie obstawił.

A przecież… my już kiedyś byliśmy winiarskim krajem.  W średniowieczu winorośl sadzono przy klasztorach benedyktynów, cystersów i dominikanów. Nazwy miejscowości typu Winiary, Winna Góra czy Winnica nie wzięły się znikąd. 

Polskie winiarstwo rośnie i potwierdzają to najnowsze dane z KOWR  2025 roku: 🍇 724 plantatorów w ewidencji i ponad 1098 ha upraw winorośli (głownie lubuskie, małopolskie, dolnośląskie, lubelskie). Zielona Góra to winiarska stolica Polski, z tradycją sięgającą XII wieku i winobraniem obchodzonym od prawie 200 lat.

Czy więc Polska zostanie potęgą wina? 
Może nie jutro ale na pewno warunki klimatyczne sprzyjają dynamicznemu rozwojowi.
