Last Friday, the UXPA Boston Fall UX Fair was a great reminder of why we love working with the design community and how important it is to show up for others, not just ourselves.

The Fair offered thoughtful connection geared toward career insights, mentorship, portfolio reviews, and a strong group of panelists for industry knowledge and craft — creating real opportunities for designers at all stages. Danny Roberts and I especially appreciated the conversations with attendees exploring next steps, and it was rewarding to offer guidance grounded in what we’re seeing in today’s market. 

Events like this highlight the power of bringing people together in an intentional and supportive manner, especially with such an unpredictable job market. 🤝
