So who am I? 

I'm a performance marketer with over 11 years of experience. I have a strong background in developing digital strategies for Fortune 500 corporations, having worked at Goldman Sachs, Accenture Strategy, and Stripe.

Although my corporate experience was great, in 2021 I decided to shift my focus to scaling businesses with founders that are a part of the communities I identify with.

Since then, we've worked with Founders, CEOs, Executives, and Professionals (experts with receipts) to help them scale their personal brands on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube through video. In 2025, we expanded our offerings to also grow on LinkedIn and Twitter through words.

Her mom met her first skating coach in a Waffle House.

Tonight she carries the American flag at the Winter Olympics.

Let me tell you how we got here.

Erin Jackson grew up in Ocala, Florida. No ice rinks. No winter sports programs. No blueprint for what she was about to do.

As a kid, she strapped plastic skates onto her shoes and raced around her driveway.

She fell in love with speed.

Her mom happened to meet coach Renee Hildebrand at a Waffle House in Ocala — one of the most elite inline skating coaches in the country. Just happened to be sitting there.

That conversation changed everything.

Erin joined the team. And then she started winning. And winning. And winning.

→ 47 national titles 
→ 15 world championship medals 
→ Over a decade of dominance in inline speed skating

And almost nobody outside the sport knew her name.

Not because she wasn't great. Because she was great in a sport nobody was watching.

Most people would've kept winning titles nobody saw. She didn't.

In 2017, at 25 years old, she did something most people would never do.

She walked away from the sport she'd dominated her entire life — and switched to ice. A surface she'd barely trained on. A completely different game.

Less than a year later, she qualified for the Olympics.

By 2022, she won gold in the 500m — becoming the first Black woman ever to win an individual gold medal at the Winter Olympics.

In the history of the Winter Games. Ever.

And here's the part that wrecked me:

She didn't even know.

Nobody told her. She found out days later. Her response?

"How could that be? How many Winter Olympics have we had?"

100+ years. And it took until 2022.

Tonight, Erin Jackson walks into San Siro Stadium in Milan carrying the American flag for Team USA.

Plastic skates in a Florida driveway to the world stage.

47 titles nobody saw. One stage change everybody felt.

She didn't get better.

She got visible.

Every Black kid hears some version of that. And she wasn't wrong.
 
I don't look like anyone else in this space. Never have. 

When I started on LinkedIn, nobody was looking for me. No warm intros. No built-in audience. No "right network." No blueprint that looked like my journey.
 
I was the underdog.
 
Still am.

We disagree on posting frequency. He posts every day. I post 3-4x a week. We both make it work. But his system for never running out of content? I hadn't heard that before.

𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗸. Not your revenue — your 𝘳𝘦𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘱 with money. How'd you grow up? What was the first time you made real money? The dumbest financial decision you ever made? People connect with this more than any case study you'll ever post.

𝗕𝗼𝗼. Your people. Partner, kids, parents, old friends. Who are you when the camera is off? The stories that reveal who you actually are — not the professional version, the 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭 version.

Every client I've worked with has said, "𝘐'𝘮 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨" before our first call.

Every single one was wrong.

The stories that make people trust you, DM you, and eventually 𝘩𝘪𝘳𝘦 you don't come from your expertise. They come from your life.

Body. Bank. Boo.

That's where the content is hiding.

And the data backs it up.

This is how I'm looking at everyone saying, "The algorithm has changed."

No!! Your content just sucks!!!!
 
I know that's not what you want to hear. 

But I'm tired of watching y'all blame LinkedIn while these are my numbers:
 
→ 840,000 impressions in 60 days 
→ 6,000+ new followers 
→ Up 20%
 
During the "algorithm crisis."
 
And it's not just me.
 
Michelle joined LinkedIn in 2011.
 
For 15 years, she never once hit 6,000 impressions in a single week.
 
Last week she did.
 
Cledra: Week 1 — 1,306 impressions. Week 7 — 27,000+.
 
Chloé used to hate writing. Week 8 — one post, 11,000 impressions, 131 people straight to her profile.
 
Elisha started in January. 7,915 people reached last month. Still climbing.
 
I've had a post get 8.2 million impressions. Made me $0.
 
I've had a post get 3,200 impressions. Made me $45,000.
 
The algorithm didn't do that.
 
You know what did?
 
Posts written for one specific person, about one specific problem, with one specific solution.
 
That's it. That's the whole strategy.
 
No "optimize for dwell time." 

No posting schedule. 

No 4-step framework.
 
Just who are you talking to, what keeps them up at night, and what do you know that could help?
 
Answer those 3 questions, and the algorithm becomes irrelevant.
