With over 25 years of experience in leadership development, Karen empowers executives and especially high-achieving women to lead authentically while fostering high-performance cultures.

Karen’s passion for leadership is rooted in her belief that growth, both personal and professional, requires intentional care—much like the nurturing of a garden. She is the founder of the RENEW Experience, a transformative program designed to help high-achieving women rediscover their purpose and step into their power as leaders.

Karen has personally lived this journey—embracing weightlifting and competing in her first bodybuilding competition at 52 after rebuilding her life following a major transition. This experience fuels her drive to help others lead with resilience, confidence, and clarity, no matter what challenges they face.

Believing in the importance of integrating mind, body, and soul, Karen inspires leaders to cultivate not just professional success, but holistic well-being to lead with purpose and clarity.

Through her work with high-level women leaders, Karen realized that there are 5 key commitments every leader must make to avoid losing themselves in the process.
