Currently leading business development globally for the Sonic Focus audio enrichment software including developing new account relationships, defining the global sales network and closing contracts.

Successfully launched a new programmable logic product range aimed at the automotive market including TS16949 certification and AECQ100. Developed and deployed the automotive marketing strategy. Researched the regional market and trends to develop new products & product strategy, customer collateral and training material for sales personnel and applications engineers to enable increased market penetration. Ensured effective market feedback by visiting and presenting to customers world-wide and by utilising good linkages with the Xilinx sales force. 
Initiatives included:
•	Developing partner relationships and defining development platforms
•	Customer education initiative to build customer loyalty and high volume sales planning
•	Supporting new product launches by producing roll out plans, seminar material and press interviews

Responsible for the sales growth of the Atmel and Siemens franchises within Abacus Polar.
Achieved growth of the Siemens line from 30% to 50% network share within twelve months. Atmel line start-up sales of over half million pounds in six months, achieved by:
- Raising awareness of franchised products internally and externally by training sales staff and running advertising campaigns.
- Managing a successful internal sales campaign on Siemens products.Utilising my technical background to lead technical design activity.
- Co-ordinating all sales, quotation and technical support on both lines.
- Field Applications Engineer for Siemens Microcontroller products (8, 16 & 32 bit).
