November Campaigns: Part 2 🤎

If networking events feel terrifying to you… same
But here’s part 2 of what I’ve learned 👀 ↓

🌟 Quality > quantity
It’s not about collecting the most LinkedIn connects. A few meaningful convos always beat 20 surface-level ones, always

👀 Read the room
Every event has its own energy. Some are super social, others more professional. Take a moment to notice the tone, then show up in a way that feels natural and authentic to you!

📸 Capture the moment
Not just for content (though it helps 👀), but for memory. A quick photo with someone new makes following up way easier too

⏸️ Don’t be “on” the whole time
It’s okay to take breaks. Step outside, grab water, reset. You’ll show up better!

🤝 Give before you ask
Share a resource, intro someone, or just listen well. The best connections come from generosity

✨ Bonus tip: Have a “leave line”
The feeling of “it feels rude to exit” I’ve been there! A simple “I’m going to grab a drink, but so nice meeting you!” always works!

Networking isn’t about being the loudest in the room, it’s about showing up as yourself, being curious, and letting those connections & friendships form

The future of creator marketing is *not* about bigger budgets 💸

It’s about finding the right people !!!

Authenticity isn’t a “nice to have” in marketing anymore, it’s the entry ticket

Trends move in <48 hours. Platforms rewrite the rules weekly. Attention is the most fragile currency we have, and marketers can’t afford to rely on gut feeling or outdated playbooks

So I took a peek at Kolsquare | B Corp™’s 2025 Market Study… and let’s just say: they put the math behind the madness

Brands are realising that quick wins aren't enough anymore. The campaigns that actually make sense are the ones where creators feel like partners & co-creators

The biggest shift: influence is becoming a partnership discipline ↓
→ 75% of marketers plan to expand creator networks next year
→ Long-term partnerships now outperform one-off activations
→ And content co-creation has officially become the top activation format (64%)

This matters because when creators are brought in as collaborators - the content genuinely performs. It feels lived-in, aligned, and rooted in audience insight rather than assumptions

And on the distribution side: no surprises, but strong validation. Short-form video + paid boosting is where performance is consolidating. Instagram is still dominant at 93%, but TikTok at 79% is climbing fast 🏃🏽‍♀️

As a UK creator with a large UK audience on here, one stat we need to take note of: the UK is now the “most bullish market” in Europe !!!

27% of brands here plan to significantly increase the number of KOLs (key opinion leaders) they partner with - far above the EU average which signals the increasing appetite for creativity, measurement and sustainable partnerships 👀
