Kai Foong is a Lecturer at INSEAD, co-directing the INSEAD Coaching Certificate. She is also the Leadership Development Practice Director and Executive Coach, leading coaching programs and coaching senior executives at the renowned business school.  Additionally, she maintains an active practice with multinational clients globally, across Asia and  Europe, as the Founder and Principal Consultant at Grain of Wheat Consulting, a boutique leadership development consultancy based in Singapore. Kai Foong held senior leadership positions at global consultancies and organizations e.g. with PDI in Asia Pacific, managing their regional assessment and Singapore offices.
