One Million...

This morning, I was talking with a client about the launch of the perfume One Million and how it disrupted the market. Later, Tatiana Ohnyeva sent me a WhatsApp message saying my TEDx talk has reached 1 million views (and 26k likes).

And that's when I realised I had not done the proper follow-up on the latest comments left by viewers! Funny how you focus on what's most important for you. For me, the viewers who took the time to live a message was the priority.

Many people burn out because they adapt instead of align.

𝗘𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝗱𝗱𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗼𝗻 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝗮𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴. Misunderstanding personal wiring drains energy and confidence over time.

Difference becomes information rather than a flaw.
Alignment restores sustainable performance and self-respect.

1️⃣ Self-understanding replaces self-criticism with clarity and compassion.
2️⃣ Dropping masks restores energy and psychological safety.
3️⃣ Environment strongly influences performance and emotional wellbeing.

𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝟯 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝘄𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀,
and most of the time, none of them really work:

1️⃣ 𝙎𝙐𝙋𝙋𝙍𝙀𝙎𝙎𝙄𝙊𝙉:
Pushing feelings down and pretending we’re fine. We don’t want to be bothered by those emotions, so we sort of suffer through them and try to keep functioning as best as we can.

2️⃣ 𝙀𝙓𝙋𝙍𝙀𝙎𝙎𝙄𝙊𝙉:
Venting, hoping it will help. But often, it just amplifies the emotion by giving it greater energy. And when we repeatedly dump our frustrations on others, it can feel like an attack – not a release.

3️⃣ 𝙀𝙎𝘾𝘼𝙋𝙀:
Distracting ourselves endlessly – hello scrolling, noise, busyness… – anything to avoid sitting with what we feel. 
In his book Letting Go, David R. Hawkins introduces a fourth, and far more powerful way: RELEASE.

𝗜𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘀:
➡️ Being present with the feeling
➡️ Letting it rise and run its course
➡️ Releasing the energy behind it, without judgment or resistance

I witness this every week in my one-to-one coaching sessions.
That moment when someone lets go for real is extremely powerful and deeply moving for me as a coach.

Weeks or months later, many clients still tell me:

𝗧𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟮𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬-𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗶𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗲.

I began taking LinkedIn seriously (only) in August 2022, after investing in personal training and coaching during a very very hot month of August in madrid.
𝘼𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚, 𝙄 𝙝𝙖𝙙 𝙖𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙 3,500 𝙛𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙧𝙨.

Since then, I’ve been consistent—very consistent.
I can’t recall a single week with fewer than two or three posts.

𝗜𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 (𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂, 𝗦𝗲𝘁𝗵 𝗚𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗻).
Not a routine. Not a habit.
A practice.
𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲, 𝗶𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗮 𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹—𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗜 𝗲𝗻𝗷𝗼𝘆 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲.

I stopped worrying about the algorithm a long time ago.

𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗻𝗲, 𝗺𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲: to speak to the people I want to serve and work with—those who want to make a real difference in their life and in their business.

𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗱.

It is never about the likes (it's not facebook & i'm not an influencer).
It is about the connection with the people I want to work with ... now or later!
