Full Cycle AE running the sales cycle from start to finish! I do all cold outbound (no SDRs) and also manage inbounds. Primarily I work w/ email + LinkedIn, I don't cold call lol. Team is super small (I like it that way! much easier to get things done) and I thrive in the startup environment. 

As an AE I've booked meetings with some of the largest retailers (my ICP) out there- you can guess who they are as we all own their stuff. 

In terms of deals, I have the standard ~1 mill quota and deal sizes vary from Enterprise to Mid Market.

At Guidepoint, I worked in the Financial Institution branch of the company, other branches include healthcare, consulting, industrials, etc. As a Client Service Associate, I conducted market research, custom recruited eligible advisors to consult with my clients (mainly Private Equity Firms and Hedge Funds), and served as a liaison between client and advisor.

Morley Darien

As the Assistant Store Manager I served as the lead Darien sales associate, created daily and weekly sales analyses, performed customer outreach, and worked other managerial/ administrative duties. 

Key roles: 
● Performed outreach to a client book of 100+ people regarding new merchandise as well as temporary promotions and sales. 
● Lead sales associate personally selling over 260k worth of clothing from May-December
● Spearheaded new selling initiatives promoting merchandise that had not moved in 30+ days
● Strategically remerchandised store to highlight both popular brands as well as clothing that was slower to sell. 
●Initiated a new POS system and trained fellow associates on how to interact with it. 
●Performed daily "end of day" analyses reporting merchandise trends and daily profit margins.
●Troubleshooted internal inventory issues by investigating the merchandise's history.

▪Designed, organized, and pioneered the 2020 internship program for 15 interns by creating a comprehensive program filled with marketing projects, graphic design tutorials, and educational seminars.

▪This internship consisted of three programs: Graphic Design, Marketing, and PR.  Each week I would craft separate assignments for each group that possessed both educational work as well as real-life application. 

▪Aided in the launch of five new products by selecting label design, leading a consumer taste test, crafting future press releases, conducting SWOT analyses, writing brand stories, and creating brand themes.

▪Planned company events including an ‘Intern Day’.

Denison University

The Intramural Sports Program at Denison is one of the most popular organizations at the school. As Program Coordinator, I managed and supervised 20+ intramural employees as well as nightly games.

I was promoted to this position after serving as an Athletic First Aid Responder for the program for two years.

Intramural Sports Coordinator

Pi Beta Phi Fraternity for Women

As New Member Coordinator I served as a role model and mentor for the new members of the chapter.  This was done by modelling the core values of Pi Phi as well a conducting an educational program about the chapter's history and mission.  Additionally, I led an eight-week long program which included weekly meetings and presentations about topics such as fraternity history, the dangers of hazing, and chapter integration.  Other responsibilities included being a 'Living our Values' coordinator, supervising Bid Day activities, and organizing the Pi Phi Mentors Program (Big Sisters).  

Additional involvement in Pi Phi: 
●Member of the Communications Team: helped manage the chapter's social media, contact alumni, and participate in chapter communications. 

●Member of the Leadership Nominating Committee: helped create the future executive board for the chapter via interviews and board organization. Members of this committee show good judgement, responsibility, leadership, and knowledge of the chapter. 

●Philanthropy: active participant in philanthropic events as well as volunteer work

●Academics: recognized for holding above a 3.5 GPA

BRS/ GAGE is a bi-coastal talent agency working to represent actors on well respected Broadway, TV, and film productions such as “Orange is the New Black,” “Dear Evan Hansen,” and “Mean Girls.” While working at BRS/GAGE as an intern my responsibilities included answering the office phone, organizing office space, and creating and submitting daily breakdown submissions.
