Just spotted in Microsoft Clarity beta (publicly available on the website product dropdown) 

Microsoft Clarity Brand Agents - Plugin that is available with Shopify, adds a brand chat agent to the website. Upload brand reference docs to match tone/expertise. 

Right now the beta is free, but there is FAQ that suggests that this will be a paid feature. 

I would assume that the interaction data will be available in Microsoft Clarity to understand usage and impact
