Friday was World Mental Health Day.
84% of US workers are struggling with mental health.
That's not a typo.

That's 8 out of every 10 people in your office, on your team, in your meetings.

Here's what the data reveals:
- 76% report at least one mental health symptom
- 71% experience stress symptoms regularly
- 29% lack motivation or energy at work
- 25% struggle to focus on tasks
- 18% report lower productivity due to mental health

The workplace impact?

Workers with poor mental health miss 12 days annually vs 2.5 days for mentally healthy colleagues.

But here's the disconnect:
- Only 38% feel comfortable using company mental health services.
- Only 52% feel they receive enough support from employers.
- 74% think it's appropriate to discuss mental health at work...

But only 58% actually feel comfortable doing it.

The cost of staying silent is massive:
- Higher turnover
- Lost productivity
- Reduced team morale
- Increased absenteeism
