Over the past few days, we had the opportunity to bring together clients and partners from around the world for conversations, insights, and meaningful collaboration. 

Events like this are always a great reminder that what we’re building at Horatio goes far beyond the work itself, it’s about the relationships, trust, and shared vision we continue to develop together.

When we started Horatio, the idea of expanding across the region felt ambitious.

We were a small team with a big belief: that a company built in our part of the world could deliver customer experience at the highest global level.

Today, that belief continues to grow.

I’m proud to share that Horatio is officially launching operations in Honduras.

Every time we open a new location, it means more than growth. It means new opportunities for talented people, new partnerships with companies around the world, and another step forward in the mission we started years ago.

Honduras has an incredible pool of talent and a community of professionals ready to make their mark globally. I’m excited to see what our team will build there.

Welcoming clients and partners who have traveled from around the world and bringing everyone together in one place is always a powerful reminder of the relationships and trust that continue to drive what we’re building at Hire Horatio.

I had the pleasure of giving our clients from around the world a tour of our headquarters this week during the Horatio Client Summit.

Walking them through the office and introducing them to the incredible team behind everything they help us build every day is always one of my favorite moments.

It’s a great reminder that what we’re building at Horatio is driven by people, culture, and strong partnerships.

Ownership looks like: clarifying what “good” means, taking responsibility for outcomes, and following through without being chased.

Over the past few days, we brought together founders, operators, and leaders from some of the fastest-growing companies to talk about what’s next for customer experience.

But beyond the sessions and conversations, events like this are really about something bigger: building relationships.

Some of our strongest partnerships started in rooms like this, through honest conversations, shared challenges, and a mutual focus on building great companies.

For us at Horatio, Client Summit isn’t just about hosting an event. It’s about bringing together the people and companies we want to build with for the long term.
