What is Lets Call Bull?
LCB is a 'not for profit' social sharing website that allows people to upload pictures, stories and fake news with images or Gifs and their opinion.  Other users then view the stories, leave comments and vote on if they are 'True' or “Bull”, hence the name ‘Let’s Call Bull’.

Why was Lets Call Bull set up?
I created LCB because we live in a time of media saturation where celebrity rules and PR firms shape what we see and hear.  I was getting fed up with not knowing who to trust or what the truth is so I thought ‘hang on a minute’ why not give people a platform to rate stories and, via crowdsourcing, get a more balanced view of if they are true or not.

It’s as easy as that, reliable honest news and stories get recognised as True, and ‘Bull’ is outed.

The creation and deployment of the 5 year Long Range Plan was invaluable to the structuring and formalisation of the future growth of this business.  My teams traded across DIY, Supermarkets and Specialist Independent sectors via a strong and rapidly expanding product portfolio.

•	Created and deployed both Retail and IT 5-year Long Range Plans
•	Times Top 100 3* rated manager (top score available) 3 years in a row
•	Prepared and launched a new sales team and sub brand into the Independent Specialist market
•	Instigated, justified and delivered double digit price increases in key customers

I had full responsibility for the Retail business within Schneider Electric UK.  Key to this role was developing the customer and product strategy for the business (for both DIY and the Supermarkets) and streamlining the integration of GET in to Schneider.

I managed and developed the Retail team as we traded across all of the major DIY and Supermarket accounts with brands such as Honeywell, MK Electric & Friedland.  Whilst here I created a formal Retail strategy and completed a Strategic 5 year planning and development proposal

XL Joinery Ltd

My role here was to manage, develop and win the Key accounts for XL Joinery / Golden Pharos utilising market leading Timber and Doors.  I traded across all of the major DIY multiples as well as Wholesale / Trade customers.

•	Managing and growing Homebase, Focus DIY and Selco accounts as well as developing new business
•	Full budget, negotiation, contract and forecasting responsibility

I originally joined Charrington Fuels (the UK’s largest independent fuel distributor at the time) who were bought by BP, along with 3 other companies. At this point I was asked to head up and recruit the amalgamated team to manage the sales and distribution of oil throughout the South East of the UK

•	Youngest Sales Manager in BP (at the time)
•	Leading and managing South East internal and external sales teams
•	Implemented takeover of Texaco / Team Flitwick buyout and integration

How far can YOU travel in just 1 session❓

Well for #TestimonialTuesday I thought I’d share a journey.

A new client came to me feeling Nervous – Excited – Anxious – Seeking Structure for a big decision they had made and the consequences they were about to face.

👆🏻I know that all sounds a little cloak and dagger but for client confidentiality I can’t say more than that.👆🏻

In 1 session we unpicked what the problems were, dissected them and either destroyed them or built strategies to manage and minimise them.

By the end of the session they felt Calm – Comfortable – In a good place - Confident and realised that actually the only thing holding them back, and the biggest barrier to success, had actually been themselves!

That’s quite the journey to take and a full 180-degree turnaround to point them in the right direction for success.

⁉️ If you want to feel fully energised and confident knowing you are making the right decisions and (after some coaching and mentoring) are fully capable of taking on the biggest challenges then maybe it’s time to talk ⁉️

I'm always VERY clear with clients what the expectation is of them and the time they need to commit to reap the benefits and genuinely catapult themselves forward with each session.

If they can't commit or they aren't ready then we either delay until they can, or we don't work together.
 
 You see there is no way I'm going to let someone set themselves up to fail, I'm ALL IN and when we work together YOU need to be the same to get those "extraordinary results" that I know you’re capable of achieving.
