But here's what concerns me: automating individual tasks is very different from replacing entire job functions. Companies rushing to reduce headcount might find themselves outsourcing more than they planned, without the dramatic cost savings they expected.
 
The real opportunity isn't in asking "How do I save money?"
 
It's in asking: "How do I make money? How do I create value? How do I unlock entirely new possibilities for my customers?"
 
That's the question that grows businesses and creates jobs—not eliminates them.
