I founded a SaaS startup with 3 developers who were my colleagues in my previous startup. We built a session-based work messenger that is integrated with project management software like Monday.com and Trello.

I developed in-app video courses for English learning apps for children as the director of content at a South Korean VR Edu-tech startup. I taught myself how to design UI&UX, and learned the basics of HTML and CSS while I was at it. The app was featured exclusively on the platform of the nation's largest telecom company.

In 2017, I made little above a modest living as a videographer.
In 2018, my father asked me to help him save his tech startup that was falling apart. 


And then in 2019, my father and I failed to save the company leaving our family from 0 to -1.


During that 1.5 years working for my father's startup,
I produced more than 200 pieces of video content and found joy in a few things:


👉 Designing highly technical digital products,
👉 Marketing a product, and Selling it, 
👉 Living as an owner of my life finding joy in solving problems. 


3 years ago, at the lowest point of my life, 
without any track record of success, 
I felt I was on the right track. 
I felt the joy of solving problems and creating value.  


I've been focused ever since.


I created opportunities to work at innovative startups based in South Korea as Product Designer, Product Manager, and Growth Manager by leveraging and actively engaging on Linkedin. 


This took a huge part in me being where I am today:

Picture this: Two women are walking beside you. You have a crush on one of them, not so much the other. It's pouring rain. You're the only one with an umbrella.

And the world is watching how you'd react.

What's your move? 

You'd probably want both women (or the world) to see you as the kind of person who tilts the umbrella toward them. 

Even if it means your shoulder gets soaked, right?

But if you're being honest? 
You'd only do that for the one you're actually into.

Outsourcing your thoughts to AI works exactly the same way.

You'll tell AI about the person you aspire to be, the dreams you chase, the ideals you admire. 

And AI will deliver output that matches what you want to project.
Then, without a second thought, you'll publish experiences you've never had (letting AI paint you as someone you might be, not someone you are).

But what if that post attracts attention from everyone 
(including the woman you're actually into?)

What if that attention turns into a date, and she's sitting across from you because she connected with the aspiration, not the reality?

Can that relationship last? 
Can you even look her in the eye?

AI has no technical limits. 
It can do anything. 
It can fabricate experiences you've never had and make them sound authentic.

If you can't back up what's "really you" with your own lived experience, AI will borrow from countless stories on the web and dress you up as that person.

But then what? 

You got someone interested. 
But every interaction eventually leads to meeting in person.

And when people meet you and feel that disconnect, 
the relationship dies before it starts.

So what's the point of this charade in your life?

LinkedIn (despite what some self-proclaimed expert tells you) is an incredible space to start real relationships.

But to get what you want from those relationships, you eventually have to meet people.

You have to back up what you stand for with your real story.

For some, that meeting might feel like a time to shine. 
But if you built your tower on lies, it becomes a guillotine.

So who are you?

Instead of spending time figuring out how to package yourself, think about how you can be someone who stands tall when you meet the right person.

People aren't as stupid as you think.
