- Implemented total digital transformation strategy for turn around purposes

- Personnel responsibility for a team of 14 people. Also working with many partners – both in Sweden and via global networks

- Set new strategy, roadmaps, ways of working, roles, organization
- Implemented new culture with focus on prestigeless result focus with a “can-do-attitude”
- Renegotiated all current supplier contracts, and signed new and improved partnerships

- Gross profit margin: from 35% to avg 41% 
- Sales from own & exclusive brands: 67% over budget
- Non food/High margin sales: 26% over budget

ROLE
¬- Responsible for P&L budgets, forecast and expansion strategy of ecom

- Member of the executive management team reporting to the CEO

- Responsible for a team of 8 people. Including partners – responsible for +20 people working for ecom organization.

- Forming and implementing new strategy for turn around purposes, team and organization, re-platforming, ways of working, partners and end-to-end e-commerce operations.



MAIN TARGETS ACHIEVED: 
- Build a highly performing & scaleable ecom platform/ecosystem
- Recruit and set new roles within team, clear role descriptions, KPI & ownership structure
- Renegotiated all current supplier contracts, and signed new and improved partnerhips

My focus is to ensure that our customers can appreciate a great buying experience online with an omni perspective.
