I run the growth, marketing, and partnership teams at ContactOut. Working cross-functionally across product, marketing, and sales, I created and executed the go-to-market strategies for five products (Chrome extension, Search Portal, Email Finder, Email Verifier, and Lead Enrichment tools) that helped take the company to 400,000 users and a 3.3x increase in annual revenue.

During my time, ContactOut has gone from being a relatively unknown Chrome extension to the top-rated  recruitment and sales automation product on G2, with brand traffic increasing 10x and thousands of marketing partners joining the partnership program I built.

Longtail UX 

I owned the go-to-market strategy for this website optimization and conversion platform. Ran the customer and competitor research to build the messaging and positioning, rebrand the website, create the content strategy, and promote the platform via partner marketing and digital marketing campaigns. Working with the product, engineering, and sales teams, I built a lead generation system (the Longtail UX Scorecard) that increased inbound leads from 5/month to 500/month.

I increased VIPKid's teacher partner base from 8,000 to 60,000, leading a team of 13 and working cross-functionally with the product, marketing, data, operations, and finance teams. I created the messaging and positioning for the website, brand, and promotional campaigns, onboarding 160 marketing partners to generate leads for the teacher management team. Responsible for $25M digital marketing budget, growth modeling, and financial reporting.

Responsible for internationalization of Ptengine, the company's Japanese website optimization product. Owned the customer and competitor research, working cross-functionally with product and customer success to improve the onboarding and user journey experience, messaging, and positioning. Increased international implementation of the product from 1,000 to 10,000+ websites, primarily via partnership with Wordpress and plugin marketplaces such as StackSocial and ProductHunt.

I used to think waking up tired after eight hours was normal.
