At the start of my career in sales, product and marketing roles at different business I was working/kept in silo's. Now 12 years ago I walked into the office of my MD and put my head on the guillotine, bringing in another POV based on what I believe in: “One commercial team" Asking him to trust me and give me 9 months to proof progress otherwise he can draw his own conclusions. My MD became my biggest sponsor, the sales director became my guide and mentor throughout my career. I never looked back since. Delivered predictable revenue up to multi-MIL-€ ARR deals with 83% win rate & 5x higher CLV. Became a trusted advisor for organizations who want to be relevant up market with experience in commercial and GTM leadership. I love to build and scale teams.
