Commenting is crucial (of course!).  
But this is another tip he shared.
 
It's actually about giving it all away.
 
Jasmin is known for giving it all away in his posts.  
When you read his posts, nothing feels missing.  
Each idea is complete.
 
He taught that in your post:
 
You need to finish the thought.  
You do not need to share all your knowledge.  
You just need to finish 1 idea so people do not feel lost.
 
Giving it all away scare you?  
If so, it is time to ask yourself why.  
If it feels like too much, your well might need to grow.
 
Share your best. It proves you know your stuff.

Victoria Michaels told me why & how to fix it.

I had Victoria on the podcast and she explained what is actually happening on LinkedIn right now, and why so many creators feel their reach shrinking.

The first thing she said was to stop chasing the algorithm and start writing for your ICP. Low impressions do not matter if the right people are reading. If your ideal clients are the ones engaging, the post worked. Write to their pains, their stories, and their motivations.

She also said LinkedIn is pushing deeper, more human content. AI flooded the platform with surface-level posts, so LinkedIn is rewarding writing that feels specific and personal. People want a real voice, which is exactly why 𝗜 have started writing these longer text posts.

Another point she raised is that format matters more than most people think. Almost everyone scrolls on mobile. If your spacing is heavy or the post feels crowded, people move on. Clean formatting keeps people reading.

She also talked about tone. Industry terms are fine. Jargon is not. The best posts sound like a real person having a grounded conversation, not a textbook.

She said video is unclear right now while text is stable. Video may rise again, but today the safest move is putting the substance in your text and letting the video support it. 

Victoria expects 2026 to move even further toward human content and away from automation. More emphasis on authentic writing and more crackdowns on automated tools.

Everyone says the answer on LinkedIn is to post more. CEO of 
MAVERRIK® - Social Selling Training, Dean Seddon told me that is one of the reasons so many people struggle.

I asked him how to get clients on LinkedIn without being a creator and he said the real game is conversations. Not pitching. Not posting nonstop. Just talking to people you genuinely want to work with.

He uses a simple seven step relationship approach. Slow, intentional, and pressure free. 

Interact first. Build familiarity. Then start a real conversation about a problem you can help with. If it goes somewhere, great. If it doesn't, it wasn't meant to be. 

We talked about DM openers too. 

Most people lead with a pitch or the classic “Hope you are well.” Nobody talks like that. Dean starts with a light apology about his tropical shirt, which immediately breaks the ice. 

The goal is to sound human, not scripted.

We also covered voice notes and Looms. He saves them for later because they feel more natural once trust is built. 

FYI: I sometimes send a quick Loom as the opener if life is chaotic. I even recorded one from the toy aisle at Walmart with my four year old. They loved it because it felt real.

Dean said this works because buyers are tired of automated outreach. They can spot templates instantly. A real voice and a real moment stand out.

We ended with selling for introverts. He told me to reframe it. Think like a doctor. Ask about the problem. Explain why it might be happening. Then recommend a path forward. 

No pressure. No convincing. Just clarity. You never sell in the DMs anyway. The only thing you are selling is a conversation.

I was told I would always be medicated. 

And that what I had was incurable. 

Ages 12-17 I went through severe anxiety. 
Hours of performing rituals every single day.
I was eventually diagnosed with crippling OCD.

Back then we didn’t have the internet.
I had no idea what OCD even was.
I felt completely, utterly alone. 

I stopped socializing and going out.
Lost about 30+ lbs in two months.
Went from 90s in school to 40s. 

My life felt so incredibly dark most times.
I didn’t want to go outside or even talk.
Curtains closed staring at the wall.

Then one day, I read about someone like me.
I found the courage to reach out for help.
And I started my journey. 

It was incredibly difficult.
It took time, courage, and patience.
But eventually I found what worked (for me).

I am writing this because of a simple truth. 

When you look up to leaders here on LinkedIn.
They too live a life you know nothing about.
Many struggle behind closed doors.

No one has it all together. 
And that’s completely okay.
It’s simply a part of our lives.

In fact, the struggles help us grow.
They help us appreciate things.
They show us what matters. 

So the next time...

Someone doesn't show up as expected.
Know they have a life you cannot see.
Understand they are human. 

Thank God that struggle is behind me. 
It made me into who I am today. 
It was a blessing in disguise. 

Don’t be scared to reach out for help.
Business shouldn’t come before health.
Because without health, we have nothing.

I don't like bragging. I am an introvert.

But hiding my wins cost me more than I realized. 
 
Is it okay to brag about your business?  
This question followed me for ten years.
 
I had a meeting at Starbucks a decade ago. 
He was a realtor. 

He started listing how many houses he sold that year.  

It felt like bragging. 
I didn't like it.  

But I knew he would be my guy when I was ready to buy.

Why? 

Because he was obviously good at what he did.

Then he told me something I'll never forget:

He said:
 
“We are taught to share our sales. It shows we are good at what we do.”
 
That line changed everything.
 
I have thought about it for ten years.  
Because I am an introvert.  
I don't like to brag.

Talking about my own wins never felt natural.  
It still feels uncomfortable.
 
But he was right.
 
There is a difference between bragging to impress and showcasing your results with intention.
 
Your clients want clarity.  
They want proof you can deliver.  
They want to know you are trusted.  
They want to know you are the best fit.
 
And sometimes that means stepping out of your shell.  
Letting your work speak out loud.  
Sharing your wins.  

Not to boast.  
But to build trust.
To show you are great.
 
If you have done great work, say it.  
If you have helped people, show it.  
If you have results, share them.  

You never know who is watching.  
Or who is waiting for a sign that you are the one to hire.
 
Brag with elegance.  
Share with confidence.  
Your future clients will thank you.

There is something wild about watching an idea grow into something you never expected.
 
When I first launched the podcast, it was just supposed to be a marketing tool. A way to get my name out there. Something simple and clean that would hopefully help my business in the background.
 
But then something happened on the way.
 
I started learning from the guests in real time. Not surface level learning, but the kind that gets under your skin and shifts how you think. That was a hidden benefit I did not see coming.
 
And I started getting better. 

Not because of confidence, but because repetition forced me to focus. In the early days, I could barely concentrate. I was trying to think of the next question while pretending to listen. I was not good at it at all. 

Some days I wondered why I was even doing this. In those first few weeks, I thought about quitting more than once.
 
But I stayed with it.
 
Somewhere along the way, something clicked. 

I learned how to really listen. 
I learned how to ask better questions. 
My concentration grew. 

And the show started to change.
 
Now the podcast is expanding. It is going through a full rebrand. And I am teaming up with people I never imagined I would partner with:

If you told me that in the beginning, I would have laughed.

Nehha says it’s mindset.

Mindset is not a “nice to have.” 

It’s the foundation everything else sits on.

You can have skills, credentials, and opportunities.
But if you don't have the correct mindset it doesn't matter.

Progress comes from consistency. 
Showing up daily (even when you don't want to).

Repeating the boring work long enough for clarity and confidence to catch up.

Nehha and I talked about meditation and visualization in a very practical way. Not as abstract concepts, but as tools to train the brain. 

When you repeatedly focus on your goals as if they already exist, your brain starts filtering the world differently. You notice opportunities you would have missed before. 

Relevance drives awareness.

But here’s the part people get wrong.

Mindset without action does nothing.
Visualizing alone won’t change outcomes. 
Results come from inspired action. 

Acting when the opportunity shows up, even when it’s inconvenient, uncomfortable, or doesn’t fit neatly into your schedule.

Your beliefs shape your habits. 
Your habits shape your identity. 
Your identity shapes your results.

What you eat. 
How you move. 
Who you surround yourself with. 
Where you invest your time and energy.

Those daily choices quietly reinforce the future you’re building.

No hacks. 
No shortcuts.

Just consistent thinking, disciplined habits, and aligned action.

AI is not the problem. 

David Brier says it's something much deeper.

AI generated posts.
AI generated comments.
AI is absolutely everywhere.

And it's affecting the way we think.

I just had branding legend David Brier on the program and we dove deep into this problem. He said people are outsourcing their ingenuity, their uniqueness, and their ability to think on their feet. Prompts are replacing original thought, and many creators don't even notice it happening. 

This is a huge problem. 
 
We also talked about LinkedIn. 

David believes the biggest issue is not the algorithm. It is the wave of AI generated posts and comments that all sound the same. When everything blends together, curiosity dies. Creativity weakens. Indifference grows.
 
David also explained why emotion still drives every sale. If people don't feel something, the message never connects with anyone and the real danger in branding is when people feel nothing. 
 
What's your thoughts on AI generated content?

My video went viral. 10M views.

Louis Butterfield explained to me why.
 
First of all, Louis was one of my most memorable podcast guests. 

He is real, funny, down to earth, and genuinely talented.
 
I have this video called The Amazing Power of Your Mind that went viral.

Ten million views. 
About $60K in ad revenue. 
Could have been $100K+ if I would have monetized it from day one. 
It opened doors I never imagined. 
Well-known creators were sharing it. 
And I still had no idea why it exploded.
 
The part that confused me the most is that the video was not even good. 

The images were grainy. I could not afford stock photos. I recorded it on an old Mac with the built-in mic. I was in one of the hardest financial periods of my life. Creditors were calling every day. Some of the images I used looked terrible.
 
And yet it took off.
 
When Louis came on the show, something he said finally made it click. 

He talked about how people actually look for the flaws. They want to see the rough edges. They want something that feels human, not a Hollywood production. They want to relate to the person behind the video.

Louis does it with strategy. He knows which imperfections to keep, which ones to remove, and how to use them to create real connection.
 
And if you know Louis, you know he nails this with his own content.
 
There is a time and place for polished work. But most of the time people connect with the imperfections. The real moments. The unfiltered parts. 

At the end of the day the people you are speaking to are human beings. They laugh at stupid jokes. They mess up their words. They get nervous. They forget what they were about to say. They appreciate honesty far more than perfection.
 
Louis reminded me of that. And it is one of the many reasons I respect his work.

Why do some creators make it and others don’t?

Charlie Hills & I talked about this on the show.

I recently sat down with Charlie, and one theme kept coming up.

Why some people make it, and others don’t.

Things will always change, but as Charlie shared, real progress only shows up when one core ingredient is there.

Consistency.

We’ve watched talented people come and go, not because they weren’t capable, but because they quit too early or kept chasing what worked for someone else.

When I started my podcast, I had no idea if it would go anywhere. But I made one promise to myself, commit to 100 (at almost 400 now) episodes before judging the outcome. 

Anyone who’s produced a podcast knows how much work that actually is, especially when you’re doing everything yourself.

I stayed consistent, even when it was hard.

That consistency led to international partnerships, collaborations with top voices on LinkedIn, and a full-time career from my home studio.

No hacks. No shortcuts.

Just staying long enough for the work to compound.

Charlie lives this. He didn’t grow by chasing trends. He grew by showing up, experimenting, and staying in the game long enough for it to work.

That’s why he’s one of the most trusted names on the platform.

This is how I built my full-time podcast.

Why wasn't I taught this before!? 

→ We have thousands of thoughts every single day. 
→ Most of them are horrible, repetitive thoughts.
→ Dwelling on the past or fearing the future.

This is key:

• Your subconscious decides what you notice.
• It cannot distinguish thoughts from reality.
• What you feed it, it will pay attention to. 

→ Think about what you’re feeding your mind daily.
→ Watching the evening news? (negativity).
→ Scrolling through TikTok constantly? 

• Everything we think about we notice more of.
• We can only act upon things we notice.
• Same thoughts, same opportunities.

The problem:

→ We keep wishing for things outside to change.
→ To change outside we must change within.
→ It takes discipline, patience, and effort.

❌ Get rid of the distractions. 
❌ Stay away from negative people.
❌ Stop letting fear make your decisions.
❌ Stop blaming others for your lack.
❌ Stop scrolling social media.
❌ Stop watching TV.

And start thinking about what you want to attract.
↳ And start taking FULL responsibility. 

✔︎ Think about it as if you already have it.
✔︎ Feel the feeling as if you achieved it.
✔︎ Do this constantly. 

And then ACT upon the opportunities you notice! 

I’ve taught mindset to tens of thousands for 15 years.

Everyone is chasing the next tool.

The newest AI.

As entrepreneurs it feels natural to want to do everything.
