I hope the panel helps a few people to begin sharing what they’ve noticed and learned, or start answering each others questions online, to help the ops community as a whole!

Knowledge sharing is something I am passionate about, not just my own knowledge but sharing others’ learnings and wisdom to help the information reach more people. Last year’s #mopsapalooza talk was about documentation, which is internal company knowledge sharing, this year I wanted to focus on more external and widespread knowledge sharing from more experts and helping even more people 💕 And who knows what the future will hold!


 Sara mentioned maybe we should take this panel on the road😁🚐🚙! That would be a way to help even more people!

In today's #RevOps bootcamp from HubSpot Academy we talked about process mapping, and the class had many excellent questions and examples to share. Shoutout to Jacque Turbett for the process mapping demo and more! 🥳

When you are sharing #processmapping with team members, leaders, and clients, to get their feedback, alignment, or input on how a process is or should run, you may come across several common objections or resistance. 

We added a few objections and resolutions to the slide below to help get this conversation started in class. The class had great #documentation questions and advice to share with each other ❤️ 📝
