Working at Vodafone whilst studying at the Erasmus University Rotterdam gave me a great opportunity to bring in practice what I learned during college. 
My main role was selling mobile phone contracts and delivering service to customers. 
Besides that I was also responsible for optimizing the rosters and inventory management, setting store targets and communicating them internally, improving results through motivation of team members by daily coaching, training and workshops. 
I also set-up trainings regarding newly launced services such as push-mail, blackberry, Vodafone Live! for all sales people in the region. 
During my last year I was part of a research team led by McKinsey & Vodafone head office to restructure the store positioning, look & feel and the way of approaching customers.
