Craig's Cruisers has four locations in West Michigan. We are a family entertainment facility focusing on young families to corporate outings. We pride ourselves with a clean and updated facilities, first class customer service, efficient operations and tight systems that deliver a quality experience. We sell fun! Fun are memories and if you make a good memory in your guest they will be back.

I work ON the business and not IN the business (taken from "The E Myth"). Our company has a great team of owners that I work with.  My job is to make sure we continue our success by adhering to our Mission.  It is a blast to create opportunities for families to create fun memories.

Summer Bling

Seasonal retail souvenir and summer clothing/accessory store.  Located in a very populated tourist town in West Michigan. Open May to September only.  Mom & Pop store for sure!

West Central Rehabilitation

Diagnosed injuries.
Developed rehab protocols for orthopedic patients.
Developed, implemented and maintained 2 Sports Medicine out reach clinics at local high schools covering all their sport injuries and some game coverage.

Was the Administrator for the company as well.
Hired therapists, negotiated contracts with hospitals and insurance companies, monitored P&Ls, developed hand books and procedures for clinics.

Think I was excited to eat my sub after seeing this???  

I’ve operated kitchens, I get they get trashed during peak times.  However when it’s visible to the guest you need to put on a better show.   I won’t be back to this location. I bet I’m not the only one.

Today we are superheros planning our next power move to conquer the cookies Lala hid in the cabinet.  But someday I’ll teach him he won’t need to wear a cape to be great.  For now, the cape is pretty cool.
