Profile:
2+ years’ experience (open to more experienced profiles who are still hands-on)
Built things in your personal time (side hustles, products, experiments)
STEM degree from a top university
Experience in top startups a strong plus (sales / GTM exposure even better)
Background in Consulting / Banking / Investing also relevant if execution-led
Comfortable with ambiguity, ownership, and being close to revenue 
This is a true Founder’s Associate / GTM builder role — not strategy-only, not ops-only.
