I have worked with global leaders, best in class players even in the media sector, with poor, little or no company presentation at all... and we know only know too well that the company or the organisation is as important for candidates as the role. It's literally 50-50. 

Employers who want to attract and seduce talent need to invest in this. And please make it lively! Share with the outside world what makes you, you. Why you are different, your past, your future, the numbers you can share, your vision.

Tell them a story. We recruiters are literally being paid to tell company stories, to sing your music.

Recruitment is Sales.

Sell yourself first, and people will sell themselves to you. When you need them.
