- Built data normalization programs to help with standardization and appending efforts, as well as create different segmentations and smart lists that can be leveraged when targeting subsets of our database for webinars, events, and entry into nurture programs.
- Build forms, emails and landing pages using Marketo’s built-in editor. I also build out engagement, email, and event programs.
- Responsible for maintaining and setting up all integrations we have with other platforms and services such as Salesforce.com, Integrate, Tech Target Priority Engine, CVENT, ON24, Zoom, and Bizzabo. 
- Work closely with Intent Data providers to receive their data and use that information to nurture accounts and leads based on their areas of interest. 
- Tasked with maintaining the Marketo database by monitoring the quality of data entering our system and removing people as necessary to keep us within our size limit. 
- Run all reporting around database health and analysis of all emails sent through Marketo. 
-Integral in coming up with the lead scoring model we implemented in Marketo to help with routing qualified leads over to Sales.
- Worked closely with our legal department and different region heads to ensure we were compliant with both Canada’s Anti-Spam law and Europe’s General Data Protection Regulation.

Senior Specialist, Digital Marketing

- Monitor the health of the global contact database and level of email activity for individual segments and made recommendations for improvement as needed.
- Develop targeted account and persona lists for outbound marketing efforts.
- Perform list building activities using 3rd party vendors.
- Build landing pages and registration forms for upcoming events.
- Report a comprehensive monthly trending analysis that tracks every email sent from the corporate mailbox.
- Responsible for driving demand for field events; send email registration blasts and manage email promotion schedule.
