I have zero issue issuing a fine when you show up late to a pickup or delivery with no notice.

It takes years to land a good customer...and only seconds to lose one.

Service failures with no communication are the fastest way to watch accounts disappear.

Carriers can hop on a load board and find a replacement load in minutes.

I can’t do that with customers. There’s no magical way to replace a lost account.

I don’t sell on price, I sell on service. And if you blow up my ability to make money because you couldn’t fire off a simple text or call… that’s on you. 

It’s called accountability.

Shippers and receivers pay detention, tonu's, and layovers when they jam up a carrier, and rightfully so. 

They’re messing with your money.

I was born in Hollywood, California in the early 80's, back when we could play outside safely until the street lights came on. While running the neighborhood with the boys you could find us at the park playing over the line, pickle or roller hockey. Ah, the good old days!

Oh how times have changed, today we live in a world invaded by the newest tech and overpriced gadgets. While I am all for technology, somewhere along the way we lost personal, meaningful and real connections. Texts are preferred over phone calls, snapchat deletes your content and Google/Facebook are ALWAYS listening. 

I can't help but find myself missing the way things used to be. I started Max Freightlines so that I could bridge the gap between these 2 ideologies, personalization and technology.
