With the transition to e-mobility, autonomous driving, digital life cycle management, sustainability, and new forms of collaboration and work at the Volkswagen Group, a pivotal step for myself was the logical step - one that I embraced with immense joy and enthusiasm. With my deep understanding of the automotive sector combined with the right heart- and mindset for new methods, technology, and entrepreneurial design, I bridged the gaps between tomorrow and today and sometimes even between the day after tomorrow and yesterday. I served in several different roles with a systemic approach, supporting people working better together - always with the human and a better tomorrow for everyone everywhere in mind:

The "goTOzero Hour" developed by my team and me was the conceptual idea and approach of the largest cross-company project, "#Project1Hour".

As Emden's lead, I work with colleagues from CARIAD and Ideation:HUB on the digital lifecycle management of group vehicles, from planning to production to customer use.

I furthermore had the honor and responsibility of leading the initial series of workshops that focused on the transition of the Emden plant to e-mobility. Through my experience and guidance, we developed a comprehensive plan that benefits the company and plant Emden and contributes to the greater good of the environment.

Key takeaway: Be bold, be different, and break new ground - or everything will stay the same.

Process- & Innovation Designer

As an Agile Coach and Scrum Master, I focused on using short development cycles (called 'sprints') that allow the project and my teams to adapt to rapidly changing environments - within the Volkswagen Group and the world - in a highly collaborative manner. I was responsible for creating and improving these agile processes within my excellent teams of the 1Log (oneLog) Logistic SAP S4/HANA Volkswagen Group project. From external contractors to project management and product management up to the IT and software development teams, I connected the (agile) dots within the Volkswagen Group and beyond:

I coached, mentored, and guided our people to figure out the best solutions for their specific challenges in the SAP project. I have analyzed the organization's existing infrastructure and implemented improvements to help streamline processes and create efficiencies. Ultimately, I worked on the long-term (agile) strategy across the entire organization, enabling our teams to deliver better products faster, more efficiently.

Key takeaway: There is no Product owner - the whole team, everyone is the owner.

Agile Coach and Scrum Master SAP S4/HANA

After three instructive and exciting years at Management Accounting of Volkswagen, I decided to follow one of my passions: Lean Thinking. 

My academic background in the Toyota Production System, combined with my prior experience and network at Volkswagen, was the ideal start conditions to embrace a holistic approach on my job as a Continues Improvement Coach and Process designer.

It all starts with you and continues when you leave. That is lean.

While working as a planning manager, I often worked closely with colleagues from the Management Accounting Department. This brought my attention to their work in general. 

I want to learn and understand management accounting and how it supports the whole company and its departments to reach their goals and thrive. 
   
Key takeaway: 

Management Accounting is not an island. It is a train station: It connects, it has to think holistically, it tries to understand the past and imagines the future to give guidance in the present for the management.

After my university degree, I started as a planning engineer and project manager for the upcoming new Volkswagen Passat. 

It was the right place at the right time for me just after leaving the university; it laid the foundation in many ways for all my following jobs.

Key takeaway: 

Bring the right people together in one room, listen to them, and determine goals & responsibilities.

🌍 Gestern Abend in Aurich: Wenn Vision auf Umsetzung trifft...



Danke, lieber Stephan Grabmeier, danke der Sparkasse Aurich-Norden in Ostfriesland und besonders dem Vorstandsvorsitzenden Oliver Löseke.

Was für ein Abend! Stephan Grabmeiers Impact Business Design Methodik  hat mir wieder einmal gezeigt: Wir stehen alle vor der fundamentalen Wahl - Teil des Problems bleiben oder bewusst Teil der Lösung werden.

Aber hier passierte mehr als nur "ein Event": Ich durfte Menschen zusammenweben - ganz im Sinne systemischen Denkens: 30+ Unternehmer, Gründer, Schüler und Change-Maker, die alle spürten und lernten: Transformation ist kein Konzept mehr, sondern gelebte Realität. 

Mein größter Take-away: Stephans sieben Prinzipien regenerativer Transformation sind nicht nur Theorie - sie sind bewährte Muster echter Unternehmer, die komplexe Herausforderungen auf einem neuen Level lösen. Es geht nicht mehr um "weniger schlecht", sondern um echte positive Wirkung. 

Und vor allem: Es geht um das MACHEN - mit allen Konsequenzen.

Solche Abende zeigen mir, warum GOOE.EU existiert: Wir schaffen nicht nur Events, sondern designen Möglichkeitsräume, in denen Menschen ihre nächste Entwicklungsstufe entdecken können – als Mensch wie als Unternehmer, durch inspirierende Menschen wie Stephan und Institutionen wie die Sparkasse mit einem offenen und mutigen Vorstandsvorsitzenden.

Der Moment des Abends: Eine junge Frau, gerade nach dem Abitur, zusammen mit ihrem Vater dabei – stellte kluge Fragen und war eine aufmerksame Zuhörerin. Diese generationenübergreifenden Momente sind einer der Gründe, warum wir mit diesem Ecosystem für Impact sorgen. Kostenlos für alle. Auf dem Land. Ehrenamtlich. 

😃 Und: Johnpeter Elverding und ich planen schon das nächste Event in 2026...

🎯 Endlich bringe ich einen langjährigen Wegbegleiter nach Aurich...

Vor sechs Jahren lernte ich Stephan Grabmeier durch Hans Reitz kennen. 😃 

Schnell wurde mir klar: Mit Stephan kommen große Empathie, enorme Kreativität und Machen-Wollen zusammen - verzahnt mit einem leidenschaftlichen Überbau für ökologische und soziale Nachhaltigkeit.
