Specialising in the AV & Events sector, I'm a 360 recruiter with a focus on sourcing experienced candidates via headhunting, in depth interview and gathering referalls, then placing them in permanent positions.

Parkingeye is a the largest car park management company in the UK holding over 40% of the market share within it's sector.

My role entailed booking appointments via cold calling and carrying out prospect research to sell car park management solutions to organisations suffering from car park abuse from non customers.

Achievements:

- Within my first month I achieved the most appointments booked out of a team of 6 salespeople.
- Regularly hit target.

Within this role I sustained very fluid responsibilities gaining an abundance of knowledge in all aspects of the business including face to face sales, marketing, customer service and office duties.

I was commonly referred to as the most versatile member of staff in the company and won employee of the year 2021.

I built long lasting relationships with both customers and colleagues. I took on a shared responsibility of running the social media pages as well as carrying out my sales role achieving great results on a weekly basis.

I also covered any absences assisting the office staff with basic administrative duties and resolving customer issues.

Beginning as an apprentice administrator, I excelled to be kept on after my apprenticeship in a mixed role consisting of door to door sales and administrative duties.

Impressed by my mixture of abilities, the director of the company agreed to pay for my driving lessons and supply me with a company car. This enabled me to focus more of my time into sales and develop the ability to work independently and manage my time effectively.
