Operations Manager, Dangerous Goods Division

Guardian Protection Services

Head of the dealer operations team consisting of 18 employees, with growth of 66% during my leadership. Analyzed NPV and maintained solid partnerships with 40 external businesses representing corporate Guardian. Reported and presented financial results, budgets, projections and analysis.  Responsibilities included contract negotiations and analysis, recruitment and talent development, customer service and retention, profitability and growth requirements.

Director, Dealer Division

Facilitated management meetings to define IT initiatives, create business plans with ROI analysis, and prioritize projects based on business impact.  Modeled dealer division processes to begin a reorganization of the processes and tools for the division.

Project Manager

Created the formation of a financial team of three to build a structure for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Developed and implemented policies and procedures to create staffing models and systematic analysis to drive future strategy.
