Howdy, welcome to my LinkedIn! I've got some unique experiences in life and man oh man do I have some great stories about them. 

I played baseball in college (although my stats don't prove it). I worked as a Residence Director at multiple schools (insert crazy stories here). While also serving in the Athletic Department as a Compliance Director.

I found my way into the payments world by by what Bob Ross would call a "happy little accident"

I generally just enjoy meeting others in the payments space and picking their brain on what they see day to day and sharing what I do.

Putting everything that the industry is doing directly into your payments? NOT GREAT

For the most part you can surmise a great payments strategy from peers and colleague with their insights in this space

But the application of strategy is so much more tailored than what you can receive in just general advice, FAQ's, etc.

Payments are an onion and when you peel back each layer; it's not the same for everybody

Another merchant might have a fraud problem, but in their industry/business model it's a completely different ballgame

Understanding what you can pick and choose and applying it to your payments is key

Not all payments are the same, plan accordingly
