Responsible for leading a national team of 20+ employees, communicating BondExchange's vision and mission throughout the organization. I have oversight of and manage our underwriting, sales, processing, marketing, business development strategies and unify them to enable execution of our overarching business strategy. Has led the organization to a 42% increase in revenue over the last 3 years.

President

I managed a team of underwriters to drive growth in BondExchange's Commercial Surety book of business. I created underwriting guidelines and programs, provided educational seminars to my team, built queries and reports to analyze business growth and development and exceeded growth targets.

Head of Commercial

I led our new business team in monthly production, managed and wrote content for our social media accounts, headed growth development in our number of active agencies and provided system demos to new customers.

Head of New Business & Marketing

I was trained in underwriting, processing and customer service skills related to Surety Bond production. I gained insights into credit and financial statement analysis and developed crucial analytical problem solving skills.

Underwriter

In my prior experience I was responsible for leading a national surety bond brokerage with 20+ employees, communicating the vision and mission throughout the organization, and managing underwriting, sales, processing, marketing, and business development strategies. I led the organization to significant growth thanks to the collaboration and dedication of the team. I am motivated by the opportunity to bring valuable change to the marketplace and develop an environment for teams to grow in their skillset and capabilities.

At home, I am the father to 4 wonderful kids a husband to the best wife a guy could ask for. I love the outdoors, slalom skiing, wake surfing, and have a new found passion for Triathlons!
