Chasing scale or virality isn’t for everyone.

Creators and experts might occasionally hit the jackpot with a viral post.
But then comes the harder bit. What actually turns that attention into something sustainable?

It feels like monetisation is slowly moving beyond algorithms and virality, towards more direct, relationship-led ways of earning.

When you strip it back, a lot of “online business” ideas are just different ways of selling time, experience, and attention.

Looking at smaller, more engaged groups of people who genuinely care about what you do might be a better place to start.

Instead of chasing bigger numbers across the board.

This isn’t a playbook. It’s just a simple way of thinking about starting small and being honest about the work involved.
