My career has been focused on leading strategic advancement within the organizations I have led to keep up with rapid digitization and advance customer-focused, process-driven, and innovative cultures. During my 30+ years in the insurance industry I have worked across startups and established companies as a CIO and COO to create scalable internal infrastructure, launch digital transformation initiatives, enhance operational efficiency, and oversee M&A activity. 
As a woman in insurance, I am passionate about empowering other women in the industry to help them identify and seize career opportunities and take control of their financial and professional futures.
