What incredible energy we had on Friday at the “Grow Your Own Economy” workshop!

I had a wonderful time speaking with SF Bay entrepreneurs, creators, and experts. The audience’s desire to build truly meaningful businesses was absolutely electric! ⚡

A huge thank you to Dwayne Campbell and Patience Awazi for the invitation to share our 10x GTM  philosophy, and to all the excellent speakers - Jackie Wu & Tamara G.  

In my talk, “From Founder Conviction to Repeatable Revenue,” we focused on the most critical challenge every founder faces:

👉 How do you convert a burning passion into a predictable revenue system?

⚠️The most common mistake I see is the rush to build a “GTM system” and processes (including AI agents) before completing the “GTM Roadmap Journey” that proves the business is truly viable.

📈Too many founders jump straight to Stage 6 (Business Scale) while skipping the five foundational stages that validate GTM fit.

💲Before spending a single dollar on marketing, every founder must walk through the six stages of the GTM Roadmap:

1️⃣ Passion → Becoming a "Magnetic Founder Story"

2️⃣ Hero → Achieving true "Buyer Clarity"

3️⃣ Belief → Creating "Messaging & Proof" that makes your buyer feel seen.
