Those statistics are even greater for entrepreneurs and business owners.

NEW RESEARCH ON FEMALE ENTREPRENEURIAL BURNOUT
(And why your "productivity system" is making it worse)

A 2024 Harvard Business Review study tracked 1,200 female entrepreneurs across 18 months.

The findings:
📊 73% reported chronic overwhelm despite business growth
📊 61% struggled with decision fatigue affecting strategic thinking
📊 89% cited "inability to disconnect" as their #1 challenge
📊 44% experienced stress-related health issues

But here's what shocked the researchers:

The women using traditional productivity frameworks (time blocking, task batching, delegation protocols) showed NO significant improvement in wellbeing scores.

Why?

Because those systems were designed for linear, compartmentalized thinking.

Female entrepreneurs (on average) have brains wired for:
 → Pattern recognition across multiple domains
 → Relational problem-solving
 → Simultaneous processing of complex variables

Forcing a non-linear brain into linear systems creates MORE cognitive load, not less.

The solution isn't working harder on your productivity.
