Personally, I am both excited and nervous (in the best possible way) about what it holds

One thing I'm so happy about is that regardless of the specific goals for the year - I know I’m "directionally correct" 

Across business, work, relationships, health, and the personal stuff in between.

I don't have an exact perfect life master plan, but the big pieces feel aligned.

I know where I'm heading
I'm happy with what I’m prioritising.
And I know what is NOT for now.

It’s about continuing in the right direction, making course corrections when needed, and trusting the momentum that’s already there.

Things have changed for me a lot in the last few years - capabilities, opportunities and earnings.

The complexity of the work I’m trusted with,
the value (and price) of what’s delivered,
the size of the businesses, and the depth of systems I’m working inside now… have evolved significantly

If you’re trying to build a path that grows your skills, opens opportunities and grows your earnings, here’s what’s genuinely worked for me 👇

• 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫-𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫.
This isn't glamorous - it's a focus on preparation, doing the learning before the work shows up. Studying, testing, refining processes in your own time so that when you deliver... it’s sharp.

• 𝐁𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐭 (𝐨𝐫 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐡).
There’s no reason why YOU can’t be the best in your industry. You’ll probably need to work harder than everyone else to get there - more reps, more thinking, more refinement - but that’s the trade.

• 𝐀𝐬𝐤 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬.
 Some of my biggest leaps came from reaching out to someone who might be able to decode the next step, or I can ask for opportunity .
Curate a short, thoughtful list of questions. Respect their time. Buy them lunch. Give more than you take.

• 𝐅𝐢𝐱 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐞𝐭 (𝐲𝐞𝐬, 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲).
Building from scarcity doesn’t work long-term. It sounds woo-woo, but shifting to an abundance lens changed how I price, how I show up, and what I go after.

• 𝐃𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐥.
Sleep. Nutrition. Movement. If you feel better,  you can perform better. I’m not perfect, but the foundations are solid

There are loads of other ingredients too. But these are some of my main game changers

None of this is flashy.
But it compounds.

And one day you look up and realise the room you’re in has changed.
