Director of Equality at Slack, a Salesforce company

Head of Equality, focused on shaping and advancing belonging and inclusion while attracting, growing, and retaining underrepresented talent at all levels.
 
- Develop and oversee programs that promote employee engagement, belonging, allyship, and advancement and retention of underrepresented talent
- Create and promote adoption of dedicated equality Slack channel used to elevate company wide programs and initiatives 
- Lead DEB Council and guide ERG activities including the important work of harmonizing equality efforts across Salesforce + Slack
- Perform equality audits as part of Talent Management process
- Dotted line report to Salesforce's Chief Equality Officer and member of Office of Equality leadership team

I'm Hady. The common thread across all of my work experiences is my ability to understand pain points, improve outcomes, and measure impact. I am relentless in my pursuit of equality and helping others. 

With a diverse career spanning over 25 years, I have:

- Been Head of Equality for a major tech company
- Held multiple customer-facing roles in high tech and financial services
- Served as a leader across various Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
- Volunteered as an international champion for incarcerated and formerly incarcerated women 
- Served as Community School Director at an elementary school in the South Bronx
